With over 30 years of combined nursing experience across long-term care, home health, post-acute, and critical care settings, our leadership is deeply committed to providing compassionate, dignified support to those who need it most.
Throughout our careers, we have witnessed the profound impact that genuine care, consistency, and a nurturing environment can have—especially for individuals who lack reliable family or social support. These experiences shaped our vision for Grace Haven: a place where every resident is treated with respect, understanding, and the dignity they deserve.
Our mission is to create a warm, safe, and supportive home where residents feel valued and empowered. We believe aging and recovery should be approached with grace, comfort, and compassion, surrounded by people who are truly invested in each individual’s well-being.

Grace Haven Independent Living is a resident-centered independent living community located in Nevada, serving veterans and adults age 50 and older who need safe, stable housing with light supportive services.
Grace Haven provides a clean, structured, and dignified home environment designed to promote independence, personal responsibility, and quality of life. While residents maintain their independence, Grace Haven offers support with referrals to community and veteran resources, and enforcement of house rules that ensure safety, respect, and accountability.
The home emphasizes:
- A peaceful, drug-free, and violence-free environment
- Strong hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Respectful community living
- Support for veterans transitioning from homelessness, instability, or unsafe housing
Grace Haven Independent Living is not a medical facility and does not provide skilled nursing care. Instead, it operates as a supportive housing model, partnering with community agencies, case managers, and VA programs to help residents maintain stability, dignity, and long-term housing success.
